- Remove debris and the existing mud-covered vapor barrier across the crawlspace (1,914 sq ft)
- Haul away from the home
- New WHITE 10-mil vapor barrier sheeting across the crawlspace floor
- Seams overlapped and secured to block ground moisture (1,914 sq ft)
- Remove 1 existing man-made pier and replace with a power post jack on a proper footing
- Install ~3 linear ft of beam — (3) 2x8s sandwiched together
- Seal crawlspace vents
- Install a new PVC crawlspace door
- Interior trench drain along the crawlspace (190 linear ft)
- Discharge line run 65 ft to the exterior, away from the foundation
- Water from the crawlspace is discharged to the drain field previously created by the customer
- Two Zoeller M53 sump pumps with basins
- Move water out of the crawlspace before it reaches the barrier
- Aprilaire E100 dehumidifier with condensate pump
- Holds the crawlspace at a dry level year-round
- 3 new outlets — 1 for the dehumidifier, 2 for the sump pumps
- Jobsite protection and daily clean-up
By agreeing to these Terms and Conditions, the customer acknowledges and accepts the outlined responsibilities and scope of work.
Scope: All work described in the Included Scope — clean up and removal of the old barrier, new 10-mil vapor barrier, structural repair (power post and beam), vent sealing, new crawlspace door, interior drainage, 2 sump pumps, dehumidifier, and electrical outlets. Any work not listed is not included unless agreed in writing.
Notes: Jobsite will be left clean once completed. Contractor is not responsible for damage caused inside the home while repairing the foundation.
Warranty: 12 months workmanship on the project · 2 years on the sump pumps · 12 months on the drainage system · 5 years on the dehumidifier.
Validity: valid until September 9, 2026.
